Flexdock hose is built with a corrugated cover to provide greater 
strength and longer life in petroleum transfer service compared 
to standard 200 PSI constructions

APPLICATION: Flexdock ?hose is built with a corrugated cover to provide flexibility in petroleum transfer service. A variety of tube compounds are available to tailor the chemical and hydrocarbon resistance to the type of material handled.

 
TUBE: Chemigum?/font> synthetic rubber for up to 50% aromatics. Also available with a Flosyn?/font> tube for up to 100% aromatics.
REINFORCEMENT: Spiral plied heavy duty synthetic fabric with double wire helix
COVER Black Wingprene? synthetic cover, corrugated-wrapped finish
TEMPERATURE: -25°F to 200°F (-32°C to 93°C)
PACKAGING:

Chloroplast heavy duty packaging, slat packing available
BRANDING: Continuous spiral brand example "Goodyear TM Flexdock 225 psi WP Chemigum Oil Service."
COUPLINGS: Built in nipples with welded slip on or threaded flanges (150# & 300#) or flanged swaged fittings up to 10" id.
NON-STOCK/SAMPLES: Custom lengths available
